The Power of God

If there are certain people we’re hesitant to share the gospel with, it’s probably helpful to ask why.

Is it because we’re worried they’d ridicule us? Is it because – on some level – we don’t think the gospel is for them? Are we ashamed of the gospel? Do we doubt its power? Would we prefer a different strategy?

In Romans 1:16 Paul says ‘loud and clear’ that he is not ashamed of the gospel.

He’s unashamed of the gospel because it works! It is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, because it reveals a righteousness from God.
